R.Evolution completes a nine-year vision for Normanby Road, the second and final tower in R.Corporation's South Melbourne precinct, rising ten levels above its sister R.Iconic with uninterrupted views across Port Phillip Bay.

The Premium Collection required a position pitched to a buyer choosing a residence for long tenure rather than turnover. The frame was permanence, expressed through unhurried proportion, dusk-lit interiors and hand-placed objects; the palette in oak, natural stone and warm bronze, with CGI direction favouring lived stillness over staged aspiration.
